Overview

Our returns and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer you an exchange or replacement.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:


  • The item must be defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide photo or video evidence of the defect or damage
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return

We do not accept returns for items that are unused, unwanted, or ordered by mistake. All sales are final except in the case of defective or damaged products.

We do not offer cash or monetary refunds under any circumstances. In the case of a valid claim, we will offer an exchange or replacement of the same item only.

How to Exchange

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Follow these steps:

    Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

    Email info@redlineautomotorsports.com with clear photos or video of the damage

    Ship the item back to: Shop No 88, Block-A, Trust Plaza, Model Town, Gujranwala, Pakistan

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that show signs of use, installation, or tampering
  • Items damaged due to improper installation by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for expensive items
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking number

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

If approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
